Last chance to keep your leave loading separate

A final reminder that eligible Insignia employees have until tomorrow (Tuesday 18 February) to tell Insignia that you’d like to keep your annual leave loading as a separate entitlement.

This is something we won in our last Enterprise Agreement.

If you do not inform Insignia of your preference by this date, your annual leave loading will automatically be rolled into your base salary.

You can notify Insignia of your intention to keep your annual leave loading separate by signing and returning the docu-sign letter sent by HR in early January. If you haven’t received the email or cannot locate it, contact Insignia HR directly at[email protected].

The FSU strongly encourages members to keep their annual leave loading as a separate entitlement, as it offers several advantages, including:

  • Transparency and clarity
  • Protection against loss of entitlement
  • Maintains your base pay competitiveness
  • Strengthens our Enterprise Agreement
