Other common questions answered

What will happen to my crystalised severance entitlements?

Your crystalised severance entitlement will transfer across to SS&C with you and will remain throughout your employment.

In January this year, all IFL colleagues with a crystalised severance entitlement received their Confirmation of Crystalised Severance Pay letter. Importantly, these letters include the following: “Your Preserved Severance Arrangement will also be maintained in the event of a transfer of employment where prior service is recognised for the purposes of severance pay by a new employer.” This includes SS&C.

Will I need to go through another probation period?

As SS&C are honouring continuation of service, no probation period will be applicable if you have successfully completed your probation period. If you are currently still within your initial probationary period, this will carry over to SS&C.
