More outsourcing at UniSuper (Delivery and Information) – are you affected?

UniSuper has proposed outsourcing more work in the Delivery and Information Business Unit. Enterprise Cloud Services and Enterprise Applications departments will transition their work to Infosys.

This means roles in both these departments will be made redundant in a phased approach from November 2024 and June 2025.

Are you impacted?

This is phase two of UniSuper’s IT outsourcing program, following their previous decision to outsource Delivery and Information Business Unit roles to Capgemini, which impacted 39 staff and eight external contractors.

Consultation for this change is now open until Friday 28 June.

Are you concerned about UniSuper’s continued outsourcing of services to third party providers? The FSU is here to support you.
