We previously informed you about UniSuper’s decision to outsource Delivery and Information Business Unit roles to Capgemini, which impacted 39 UniSuper staff and eight external contractors.
UniSuper’s response to our initial questions has been underwhelming and vague.
This is a major proposed change that requires proper consultation with staff and should enable us to have a genuine say, but UniSuper have failed to do that.
All we’ve received so far is predetermined information that doesn’t take our feedback or concerns into account.
More concerning is the fact that there are even more changes on the way.
