UniSuper has advised us of a major change impacting the Delivery and Information Business Unit. They’re calling this change “smart sourcing”, but we all know this is just outsourcing.
UniSuper has failed to provide us with any critical details like how many people are impacted and what the impacts might be.
We have written to Chief People Officer Julie Watkins to urgently request genuine consultation and the information we need to properly consider this proposal.

The consultation period is meant to be your opportunity to understand what UniSuper is proposing and have a say, but UniSuper appears to be actively trying to prevent this from happening.
