NAB’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on this Friday 15 December 2023 at 9.30am (AEDT) in Sydney.
All shareholders, including you, can vote on NAB’s Remuneration Report.
This year’s report recommends Annual VR outcomes for CEO Ross McEwan of 72% of maximum, taking his total remuneration to $3.8 million, and between 54% to 78% of maximum for other executives.
This is an enormous pay packet when a lot of NAB staff are struggling to make ends meet.
NAB have also clearly failed the “Twin Peaks” test, doling out job cuts, offshoring local jobs overseas, and seeing colleagues working harder than ever.
We can send them a clear message that their actions are unacceptable, and hold NAB to account by voting against the Remuneration Report.
