NAB’s requirement to record our additional hours of work

Early this year, NAB rolled out a new process that requires all Group 3 colleagues (at minimum) to record the additional hours of work they complete.

Since its rollout FSU members have raised questions about the purpose and intent of requiring Group 3 colleagues to record their hours.

We’re holding an information session on Tuesday 21st May, 12pm (AEDT) to discuss these questions and concerns.

This session is open to all Group 3 colleagues, so be sure to forward them this email.

Data demonstrates the workload crisis

One of the key issues members continue to face is having excessive workloads that require an unreasonable number of additional work hours. We know this isn’t unique to just Group 3 colleagues, but is impacting staff at every level.

NAB have previously refused to admit workloads and hours of work are a systemic issue.

Having accurate data further reinforces the need for genuine change – so we encourage all packaged employees (Groups 3–6) to keep a clear record of your hours of work.

If you have any questions or feedback, please reply to this email and we will be in touch.
