Our dispute regarding Cbus restructure

You may have heard that there is a significant restructure impacting our colleagues and friends in Brand and Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Strategy at Cbus.

Over the past week, we have been working to get the information we all need to be properly consulted on this proposal.

To date, there are still many questions unanswered and critical information that Cbus has not provided to the FSU or our impacted colleagues.

This is not good enough, and it is not consistent with our Enterprise Agreement.

We have now formally raised a dispute with the Fair Work Commission to require Cbus to comply with our Enterprise Agreement.

We know that all FSU members are standing with our colleagues impacted by these proposed changes. We also know that our Enterprise Agreement rights were hard won, and we will fight to enforce them – not just for the people impacted by this proposal, but for everyone at Cbus.

This is a fast-moving issue and we will keep you posted on important updates. If you aren’t yet a member, join the community at Cbus who has your back, every single day.
