Our new pay and conditions at BankVic start now!

The Fair Work Commission has approved our new BankVic Enterprise Agreement (EA) – congratulations!

This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for now apply.

In addition to preserving our RDOs, here’s what we’ve won in this agreement:

  • 11.5% pay increase over three years for tier 1 colleagues
  • 9.5% pay increase over three years for tier 2 colleagues
  • Guaranteed pay increases for 75% of staff (a first at BankVic)
  • Improved leave entitlements, including parental leave, leave to assist with transitioning back to work, domestic violence leave, flexi leave, and lifestyle leave
  • And more…

FSU members can access our new EA on our website here.
