Our new pay and conditions at RACQ

Negotiations for our new RACQ Enterprise Agreement (EA) are due to begin early this year.

Our EA determines our pay and working conditions for the next few years, so the outcome of these negotiations affects all of us employees at RACQ.

Importantly, RACQ has confirmed that insurance operations will be taken over by IAG in the second half of 2025. By working together through our union, the FSU, we all have an opportunity prior to the takeover to secure the pay and conditions we deserve. This includes pay rises that account for the cost-of-living crisis and working arrangements that acknowledge our new ways of working since the pandemic.
