Our new pay and conditions at GSB start now!

The Fair Work Commission has approved our new Great Southern Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) – congratulations!

This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for now apply.

We won so many improvements in this agreement, including an 11.25% guaranteed pay rise for level 1 employees, and a 6% guaranteed pay rise for level 2 employees (plus annual discretionary increases). We also won increased paid parental leave, as well as strengthened consultation around the use of AI and any changes to office attendance requirements.

FSU members can access our new EA on our website here.

Strengthening our future at Great Southern Bank

FSU members made all the difference with getting our new pay and conditions over the line during this round of negotiations.

If you’re interested in becoming more involved with our union at Great Southern Bank, contact your Workplace Reps or your FSU Organiser Casey McDonald on [email protected] or call 0434 161 454.

Remember, we can achieve more positive changes in our workplace if we all stand together. Please forward this update to your colleagues and talk to them about joining our union.

Congratulations once again on achieving this terrific result!
