Share your feedback on proposed P&N and Great Southern Bank merger

You may be aware that P&N Bank and Great Southern Bank last week signed an MOU regarding an intent to merge by 2027.

We understand these changes can bring uncertainty and questions – but our union is here to support you throughout the process.

We have already received an initial briefing from both companies, who have offered to facilitate joint meetings in the future.

Both companies have made some positive commitments around protecting employees during the merger, including:

  • keeping branches, call centres and corporate offices open.
  • protecting jobs – all non-executive employees will have a role in the merged entity.

So that the FSU can accurately represent your views and concerns throughout this process, we need to hear from you. Do you have any questions or thoughts about this merger and the changes presented so far?
