Negotiations for our new Suncorp Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) are due to recommence in mid-February.
This round of negotiations is critical, as it will determine our pay increases, staffing, performance and targets, working from home arrangements, leave entitlements and more for years to come.
Despite the cost-of-living crisis and significant changes at work, employees continued to deliver for customers and the Bank. Now is the time to ensure our pay and conditions reflect these challenges and our hard work.
