Our new wages and conditions at Cbus start now!

The Fair Work Commission has approved our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) – congratulations!

This means the new and improved wages and working conditions we voted for now apply.

As a reminder, our industry leading agreement includes:

  • 12.5% pay increase over three years
  • 26 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Payment of super on unpaid portion of parental leave for up to 104 weeks
  • Five days of reproductive and pathways to parenthood leave (on top of the 12 days of paid menopause and menstruation leave achieved in the last EA)
  • Hybrid working arrangements to be determined by people leaders following consultation with team members (generally 60% attendance over a fortnight)
  • Artificial intelligence protections, ensuring employees know when new technologies are being introduced and how they will impact our work
  • And more…

You can access our new EA on our websitehere.

The purpose of every EA is to improve on the last. This time, FSU members made all the difference getting our new progressive conditions over the line.
