RBA’s pay offer isn’t good enough. Let’s change it

FSU members are meeting over the RBA’s latest pay offer and so far, the feedback is crystal clear. Management’s pay offer is simply not enough.

As part of our next Enterprise Agreement, management is offering:

  • 3.5% - September 2026
  • 3% - September 2027
  • 3% - September 2028

That’s just 9.5% over the next three years, which falls far behind increases provided by other banks in recent years. As APS employees begin their own negotiations for a real wage increase and CPI continues to rise, the RBA can – and must – do better!

Tell the RBA what you think of their disappointing offer, and let’s stand together and demand a suitable pay rise.

If you’re not yet a member of our union, now is the time to join for the support and protection you need during this crucial phase of negotiations.
