It has been almost a decade since we last negotiated our Suncorp Group Enterprise Agreement (EA) and a lot has changed. This year’s negotiations will be more crucial than ever as cost of living pressures continue to grow.
FSU members from across the Suncorp Insurance Group have shared their feedback through surveys and meetings, highlighting the key issues that matter to all of us. This input has shaped our agenda which we will present to management when negotiations begin in September.
