Suncorp Bank’s position on pay, leave and redundancy

As negotiations for our new Suncorp Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) enter a critical phase, it’s more important than ever to stay informed and engaged so that we get the best possible deal.

Suncorp Bank management has made its position clear on key issues like leave and redundancy entitlements. We expect to hear their position on pay rises in our next round of meetings in late March.

Now it’s time to discuss what this means for us as Suncorp Bank employees and how we respond together.

Our union is holding important meetings to update everyone on the state of play, including what’s at stake and next steps. This is our opportunity to hear the latest developments, ask questions, and help shape our strategy moving forward.
