For those of us remaining within Suncorp’s insurance business, this change will certainly affect how pay and conditions are determined when a new Suncorp Enterprise Agreement is negotiated later this year.

For those of us transitioning to ANZ, it will be critical to ensure that we have a real say on all matters that affect impacted employees.

As the only voice for Suncorp employees, our union, the FSU, will continue to work with all parties, Suncorp and ANZ, to ensure the interests of our members are front and centre during this process.
