We’re getting closer to starting negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at Suncorp Insurance which will determine our pay increases and working conditions for the coming years.
Last week, hundreds of FSU members attended meetings to discuss our agenda for the upcoming negotiations. This agenda, shaped by your survey responses and feedback, outlines the terms that will secure an industry leading EA that respects the contributions we make at Suncorp.

The pandemic brought unprecedented changes to our workplaces, and we’ve all felt the impact of rising inflation and cost of living pressures. That’s why this round of negotiations is so crucial. Pledging your support ensures we enter negotiations from a position of strength.
