We’re getting closer to negotiations for a new Allianz Australia Group Business Partnership Agreement (EA), which will define our pay increases and workplace conditions for the next few years.
This week, many of you attended FSU meetings to discuss our union claim for EA negotiations. This claim was developed based on your survey responses and other union forums held over the past few weeks. It sets out the terms that will make this an industry-leading EA that respects our contribution at Allianz.
