We’re supporting Allianz’s latest offer

Feedback from FSU members over the past two weeks on Allianz’s latest Enterprise Agreement proposal was overwhelmingly positive.

Thank you to everyone who provided their feedback – it meant our FSU Representatives were able to confirm with Allianz that we support the improvements, and the proposal can now be put to a ballot of all Allianz employees.

You can see the full details of management’s final proposal here.

What happens next?

Our union is endorsing this new proposal and recommends staff vote ‘yes’ in the ballot, which Allianz intends to run from 18 – 25 November 2024.

We’ll let you know shortly about the ballot process and how to vote – keep an eye on your emails for our important update.

In the meantime, congratulations on reaching this point! We have come a long way since management put forward their initial offer. Thanks to union members standing together we have significantly improved the proposed agreement, which now includes minimum guaranteed pay rises, increased paid parental leave and more!

If you’re not already an FSU member, now is the perfect time to join the team that’s winning better wages and conditions at Allianz.
