Update on our new People First Bank agreement – meeting next week

Negotiations for our new People First Bank enterprise agreement have been progressing over the past few months, despite some delays due to the Christmas/New Year period.

At our last meeting, the FSU and our bargaining representatives tabled a proposal for management’s consideration, which included counter offers for outstanding issues, particularly around pay increases.

We expect to have a response from management soon, which is why we encourage you to attend an important online meeting next week – so we can outline management’s response and where we go from here.
