Urgent FSU Meetings – ANZ Commercial Division restructure

ANZ has announced significant changes across, Small to Medium Enterprise Banking, Commercial Broker and Diversified and Specialist Industries within the Australia Commercial Division. These proposed changes will impact over 1300 colleagues across the country.

We have already engaged with ANZ management to ask questions about the proposal, including what new opportunities there will be for staff, role expectations, redundancies, locations, and ongoing support.

Please join our urgent FSU consultation sessions this week to discuss the restructure and have your say.

Wednesday 14 February, 12pm (AEDT)

Thursday 15 February, 6pm (AEDT)

Friday 16 February, 8am (AEDT)

Provide your feedback.

If you are not able to attend one of these sessions please provide your feedback, thoughts and concerns here.

Know your rights on consultation

Under the ANZ Enterprise Agreement, you have rights during the consultation periods of significant change. Importantly, ANZ is required to:

  • Consult with you about the introduction of these proposed changes,
  • Talk with you about the effects the changes are likely to have on you,
  • Consider your feedback and any proposed alterations you have, and
  • Implement measures to avert or mitigate the adverse effects of the changes.

Consultation closes on Monday 19th February, so we need to act quickly to ensure you and your colleagues’ questions and concerns are heard.

Please share this invitation with your colleagues and encourage them to attend so we have a broad representation of views.
