Thanks to the overall positive feedback from FSU members on Suncorp’s latest proposal for our new Enterprise Agreement, our FSU Representatives have confirmed with management that it can now be put to a ballot of all eligible Suncorp Insurance employees.
The aim of every agreement is to improve on the last. While there will always be room for improvement, FSU members have achieved substantial progress this year without any loss of existing conditions. What’s more, the pay offer exceeds what members in other insurance workplaces have achieved this year and provides a solid foundation on which we will continue to build on for years to come.

Our union is recommending staff vote ‘yes’ in the ballot, which Suncorp intends to run shortly.
