The FSU will meet with senior representatives of ANZ in early February to discuss the minimum 50% return to office mandate, which was announced late last year.
At this meeting, we will be sharing the results of our petition to show that ANZ staff overwhelmingly do not support this decision.
It is critical that we have as many signatures as possible on the petition when we present it.

The return to office mandate by ANZ has already resulted in increased costs, stress and frustration for ANZ colleagues. Many of you have shared how disappointed you are by this decision and how you feel it does not respect us or our contributions to ANZ’s record profits.
The only way to show ANZ that this is the wrong decision is to add your voice to call for the mandate to be repealed, so make sure you sign the petition today.
