Aware Super is pushing its proposed Enterprise Agreement to a vote.
Aware Super says it is Australia’s number one super fund, but that’s not true for all of us working here. We urge everyone to VOTE NO when the ballot opens on Wednesday 3 December 2025.
This proposal trails the sector on superannuation, redundancy entitlements, parental leave and more. Not only that, it includes many of us working extra hours with no additional compensation (in time or pay!) and would mean us having to take a quarter of our annual leave over Christmas, whether we like it or not.
Aware Super can do better and the way we make that happen is by voting NO together.
The FSU is running information sessions for Aware Super employees over the next week. Please register for your preferred session, and come along to ensure you understand what’s at stake and why we must vote no.
Please also invite your colleagues along so everyone is informed.
Remember, your vote is anonymous. Let’s stand together and demand respect.
Vote NO to Aware Super’s proposed agreement when the ballot opens next Wednesday!
If you have any questions about the offer or next week’s ballot, contact us on [email protected] or call 1300 366 378.
