We’ve rejected CBA’s latest pay offer and taking our concerns to the AGM
Matt Comyn’s latest pay offer is still not good enough, and we’re not…
Today, we hand-delivered over a thousand comments from CBA workers to the bank’s head office in Sydney.
More than 3000 CBA workers signed our petition calling on CEO Matt Comyn to improve his dismal pay offer, with more than 1700 sharing their frustrations and, in many cases, harrowing stories of financial hardship.
Please share the below video on social media and help us spread the word even further:
Thank you to everyone who signed our petition and shared what you really think about CBA’s pay offer. Many of your stories are confronting. Workers told us about crushing workloads and burnout, concerns about job security, taking second jobs to make ends meet, and even fears of homelessness as the cost of living continues to rise.
You and your colleagues help make CBA’s record profits possible. You deserve a fair share of the success you have helped create.
And remember, CBA recently posted a record $11 billion profit. The bank can afford to do better.
Our union will continue to fight for a fair offer for CBA workers.
If you’re not yet a member of the FSU, join today to keep our union strong throughout this crucial stage of negotiations.
