Our new pay and conditions at MyState start now

The Fair Work Commission has now approved our new MyState Enterprise Agreement (EA).

This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for now apply.

While we didn’t achieve everything we wanted in this Agreement, we still stood up and rejected management’s initial offer. That led to some further improvements, including higher pay rises and increased parental leave, the removal of the salary maximum clause, and relaxing of the requirement to take 10 days annual leave.

FSU members can view our new Agreement on our website here.

Strengthening our future at MyState

FSU members made all the difference with getting our new pay and conditions over the line during this round of negotiations. Remember, the purpose of each Enterprise Agreement negotiation is to improve on the last – and we can do that by growing our union at MyState.

If you’re interested in becoming more involved with our union at MyState, contact our Member Rights Centre on 1300 366 378.

If you’re not already an FSU member, now is the time to join the team that’s fighting for better pay and working conditions at MyState.
