Would reproductive health leave help you? Have your say

If you’re passionate about improving workplace conditions that provide equal opportunities for all workers, then here’s an important opportunity to have your say.

Our colleagues at the Health Services Union (HSU) and the Queensland Council of Unions (QCU) are assessing the costs and benefits of implementing a universal reproductive health leave entitlement.

You can help strengthen the case for reproductive health leave and provide valuable insights into workers’ access to leave entitlements by completing their survey.

Take the survey

The survey covers reproductive health conditions, workplace leave entitlements, and opinions on reproductive health leave. If you have already participated in our menstrual and menopause leave survey, your insights will be particularly valuable in this broader study.

Last year, the FSU was proud to support the launch of unions’ reproductive health care leave campaign at Parliament House in Canberra, highlighting the need for better workplace policies for workers experiencing reproductive health challenges.

It’s clear this campaign complements our own call for paid menopause and menstrual leave and supports our Breaking taboos campaign to normalise these important conversations.

Together, we can keep pushing for real workplace change.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences.
