Do you work overtime at the RBA? As part of negotiations for our next Enterprise Agreement, management has proposed making changes to how our overtime is calculated, changing from weekly to daily.
Management is also proposing to remove the existing 14-day minimum information sharing period for employees who are likely to be retrenched. Removing this safeguard could mean employees spending less time in paid employment before formal retrenchment takes effect.
To help us determine the exact impact both these changes may have on employees, as well as how we respond, please complete our short survey.
