Your priorities in our new Insignia EA

We’re about to start negotiating for our new Insignia Enterprise Agreement (EA). These negotiations can address the most critical challenges we face including pay, staffing and workloads, leave, WHS and job security.

This is our best chance to secure an Agreement that safeguards and improves our working conditions.

For bargaining to be effective and benefit all employees, your bargaining representatives need to hear from you. Tell us what needs to be a priority in our new EA by completing the Insignia bargaining survey today.

Ask your colleagues to have their say

The Insignia EA covers all Insignia employees. By filling out this survey, you ensure your most important needs are communicated to your negotiating representatives.

The FSU bargaining team is made up of union members, plus FSU bargaining experts. They will collate the feedback from this survey to form our Log of Claims, which outlines what we most need to see in our new Agreement.

Once members vote to endorse the Log of Claims, it will be tabled with Insignia management – and bargaining will commence.

The FSU workplace survey is open to everyone. Forward this email to your colleagues so all Insignia employees can be represented in bargaining.
