Our Unity Bank Enterprise Agreement is about to expire. So in the lead up to discussions between our union and Unity Bank, you have a golden opportunity to tell us what your priorities are for improving your working conditions.
This will be the first time we negotiate an Agreement covering employees from G&C Mutual Bank following the merger in March 2025. A key priority will be making sure there is a fair amalgamation of existing Agreements, so that no one is left worse off.
