AustralianSuper Agreement – time to decide our settlement position

Negotiations for our new AustralianSuper Enterprise Agreement (EA) have continued. Topics discussed at this week's negotiations included allowances, redundancies at Christmas, AI and employee data, KPIs not being linked to office attendance, and more.

We now need to share some important information with you and determine our settlement position. This conveys to management what a suitable deal looks like to us and what we would be willing to support in a proposed EA.

Please register for your preferred report-back session below.

Both members and non-members are welcome to join.

Please note: The report-back sessions will run in two parts across an hour.

  • Part one is open to everyone and will comprise of a 10 to 15 min report-back. This portion of the meeting will then conclude.
  • FSU members only will be sent an additional invitation for part two, where we will share greater detail, answer questions and determine our union's settlement position. This portion of the meeting is expected to run for 45 mins.

Members only need to register once to receive invites for both parts of the session.

If you are not yet a member of our union, we strongly encourage you to join today to ensure you have a say on how we respond to AustralianSuper's position.
