Time to vote ‘yes’ to proposed AustralianSuper Agreement!

It’s time to vote on our proposed AustralianSuper Enterprise Agreement. If a majority of employees vote 'yes’, we will lock in the improved pay and working conditions we’ve negotiated over the past few months.

FSU members have overwhelmingly endorsed the proposed Agreement, and we encourage all AustralianSuper employees to vote ‘yes’ in the ballot. You have until 11.59pm Thursday 10 September to cast your vote.

Among other things, the proposed Agreement includes:

  • 12% pay increase over the life of the Agreement, with back pay to 1 July 2026.
  • One-off payment for A1 - A6 colleagues - either a $1000 employer superannuation contribution, or an $885 gross lump sum payment plus $115 super contribution.
  • Introduction of five days of reproductive health care leave.
  • Superannuation on all paid overtime.
  • Improved 'blended work' clause to ensure employees' needs are genuinely considered.
  • Commitments around AI and data security.
  • Access to long service leave at half pay.
  • Commitment to undertake a review of classifications and pay structures via the Joint Consultative Group during the life of the Agreement.

How do I vote?

By now, you should have received an email from Australian Election Company, an independent voting company, with details about how to cast your vote. If you haven’t, it’s best to send an email directly to [email protected].

You can also contact your FSU organisers – Dylan: 0403 947 721, TeRaina: 0435 965 614, Bliss: 0434 321 786 – or your FSU Workplace Representatives at [email protected].

Remember, a majority of AustralianSuper employees voting ‘yes’ will lock in this offer – so please forward this email to your colleagues to ensure they know what’s going on.

We’ll let you know the result as soon as we hear.
