AustralianSuper EA update – join our report back meeting

Enterprise Agreement negotiations with AustralianSuper are now underway. At our first meeting, we presented management with the bargaining agenda, which was developed based on feedback from members.

So far, discussions have focused on flexible work arrangements, leave entitlements, AI and data security, as well as workplace change and consultation.

At our next bargaining meeting on Monday, we'll be discussing issues including pay, superannuation, overtime and workloads.

We'll then be holding report-back sessions so you can hear the latest updates, ask questions and help shape the next stage of negotiations.
