AustralianSuper Member Domain restructure – union meeting tomorrow

AustralianSuper is proposing a significant restructure in the member domain.

These changes include:

  • Member, Business and Adviser servicing functions are proposed to become a new Service Delivery department.
  • Teams in Member Growth and Marketing are proposed to be combined with Member Experience to create a new Member Experience and Marketing department.

These changes are proposed to have a range of impacts on colleagues, from reporting line and job title changes to roles being made redundant.

If your role is impacted, you will be advised in the coming days.

Our union is here to support you

  1. To discuss these changes, register now for an online meeting tomorrow (Friday 11 April) at 1.30pm. Learn more about the proposed changes, your rights and the next steps in this process.
