AustralianSuper: URGENT Enterprise Bargaining Update

Important member meeting! Tuesday 12 September at 2.00pm

On Friday we went to the Fair Work Commission with AustralianSuper management to try to resolve the outstanding issues for our new Enterprise Agreement.

We are fighting for a fair Enterprise Agreement for everyone at AustralianSuper.

Our focus in the Fair Work Commission was:

  • A pay increase to keep pace with the cost of living;
  • Superannuation contributions in line with other large industry super funds;
  • Menopause and menstruation leave to allow women to fully participate in the workforce;
  • Retaining the current entitlement for people in redundant roles to trial a lower graded position; and
  • Retaining the current entitlement to tool of trade vehicles.

To hear more about where bargaining is up to and to plan our next steps, come along to our member only meeting, Tuesday 12 September, 2.00pm

The meeting has now passed
