BUPA’s backflip on flexibility – what does it mean for you?

BUPA has announced a proposed hybrid working arrangement that would force staff in the CVC teams in Brisbane and Melbourne to return to the office at least two days per week. 

This comes just weeks after the sudden scrapping of the 9-day fortnight trial for many staff – another backwards step on workplace flexibility.
