Negotiations for our new Enterprise Agreement (EA) will begin before the end of the month. This presents us with a unique opportunity to shape the future of our pay and working conditions at Zurich.
Importantly, we’ll be creating a single Agreement that covers all Zurich staff members. So those on the expired ANZ EA and the expired Zurich EA will fall under this new Agreement.
