Here’s what we’ve secured in our proposed GSB Agreement

Good news! We’ve reach in-principle agreement with Great Southern Bank on our new Enterprise Agreement.

The offer on the table is a good one thanks to our union negotiating some solid improvements, including:

  • An 11.25% guaranteed pay rise for level 1 employees.

  • A 6% guaranteed pay rise for level 2 employees, plus annual discretionary increase. This will be the first time these employees will receive a guaranteed pay rise.

  • Strengthened consultation and transparency regarding the use of artificial intelligence.

  • An obligation on Great Southern Bank to consult and provide notice on any changes to office attendance requirements.

  • Paid parental leave increased from 13 to 18 weeks, plus expanded access for secondary carers.
