Hostplus – What flexibility do we want?

Last year, we won leading pay and improved conditions in our new Enterprise Agreement by working together.

One of the key entitlements we won was the formation of a new committee on flexible work. Now, it’s time for us to once again work together to call for improvements in flexibility.

Our FSU Representatives will be attending the committee meetings to represent all of us and push for greater access to flexibility, but we need to hear from you.

Please share your priorities for flexible work for our Reps to take to the committee:

You will also be getting a phone call this week from our friendly FSU Organiser, Shaeleen Martin, who you can reach anytime on 0403 661 027 or [email protected]

Please share this update with your colleagues and if you’re not already an FSU member – join today!

P.s. We will be running FSU meetings over the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for our email updates with dates and times, and register to attend. The more people who have their say, the better placed we are to secure improvements!
