Our union, the FSU, has now begun negotiations for our future pay and conditions at Beyond Bank.
The outcome of these negotiations will determine our new Enterprise Agreement (EA), which sets out our wages and pay increases over the next few years, as well as important working conditions, such as:
If you’re an FSU member, our union automatically represents you in these negotiations, so you don’t need to nominate us as your representative.
