Our future pay and conditions at Great Southern Bank

Our union, the FSU, will soon begin negotiations for our pay and conditions at Great Southern Bank.

These negotiations will form our new Enterprise Agreement (EA), which sets out our wages and pay increases over the next few years, as well as important working conditions, such as:

  • leave entitlements
  • flexible work arrangements
  • workloads
  • shift penalties
  • and more.

If you’re an FSU member, our union automatically represents you in these negotiations, so you don’t need to nominate us as your representative.
