The Fair Work Commission has approved our new People First Bank Enterprise Agreement (EA) – congratulations!
This means the new and improved pay and working conditions we voted for now apply.
We won so many improvements in this agreement, including a 5% pay rise in July 2025, ‘banked leave’ for additional work, expanded our Sick Leave Safety Net to every employee, and much more. See what else we won here.
