UniSuper Enterprise Agreement ballot now open

The ballot for UniSuper’s proposed 4-year Enterprise Agreement is open from now (Thursday 14 December) until Monday 18 December, 5pm (AEDT).

It’s important you have a say so make sure you cast your vote as soon as possible.

You will have received an email from VoteCorp, an external voting company, with detailed instructions on how to vote. Your vote is confidential and only the overall result will be shared with UniSuper.

EA proposal highlights

Pay increases:

  • Year 1 (2024): 5%
  • Year 2 (2025): 4.25%
  • Year 3 (2026): 3.5%
  • Year 4 (2027): 3.5%

Enhanced leave provisions: Improvements include parental leave, personal leave, compassionate leave, domestic violence leave (uncapped), and more.

New leave categories: Reproductive health support, additional wellbeing days, and time for pregnancy loss.
