Suncorp Bank: Got questions about ANZ’s letter of offer? FSU info sessions

ANZ has advised that Suncorp Bank employees will begin receiving letters of offer/transition to ANZ Banking Group Ltd (ANZBGL) from today, Monday 20 April 2026.

We understand that receiving a formal letter of offer can raise questions, and employees should have the opportunity to understand what the letter means before responding.

ANZ has advised that employment is being offered to Suncorp Bank employees on the basis that:

  • your position title, duties, responsibilities and work location will remain unchanged on transfer to ANZ.
  • ANZ will recognise your continuous service with Suncorp Bank for all service-related purposes.

Employees are being asked to review their letter of offer and respond between 20 and 27 April 2026 with either ‘accept’ or ‘decline’.

The proposed transition date is 29 May 2026, which aligns with the harmonisation of the remaining terms of the Suncorp Bank Enterprise Agreement.

If you have any questions, we encourage you to register and attend one of the sessions below before responding to your letter.

Thursday 23 April:

If you are unable to attend but would like support, have questions, or would like to provide feedback ahead of the sessions, please reply to this email and we will be in touch.
