CBA retail staffing and workloads need to change – FSU session

The third and final of our free CBA online information sessions – How can we achieve better staffing and workloads at CBA? – will take place next week on Tuesday 16 June at 5.30pm (AEST). If you haven’t already registered, there’s still time to do so here.

This session is all about lifting the lid on CBA's retail staffing crisis.

70% of FSU members who responded to our CBA staffing audit stated that their staffing levels are insufficient. We'll look at whether CBA's staffing model is fit for purpose and delve into the impact understaffing is having on CBA retail customers and the associated health and safety consequences for employees.

With our new Enterprise Agreement being negotiated, the session will explore how we can use existing mechanisms in our Agreement to address our key concerns, as well as outline what else we're seeking through current negotiations.

Register now and be sure you forward this email to your colleagues and invite them along too.
