What has NAB proposed?
All colleagues
- Introducing salary ranges instead of groupings in determining annual increases.
- Fixed annual increases of between 1.5% – 4% dependent on salary up to 2026 for colleagues under $178,820.
Group 1 and 2 colleagues
- Split annual increases into a fixed and variable (“pool”) combination.
Group 3 – 6 colleagues (Below $178.820)
- Colleagues who earn up to $140,000 TEC to be covered by Enterprise Agreement’s Pay clause.
- Colleagues earning over $140,000 TEC continue to have their pay set by policy.
- Split annual increases into a fixed and variable (“pool”) combination.
Group 3 – 6 colleagues (Above $178.820)
- Colleagues earning over $178,820 TEC continue to have their pay set by policy.
- Variable (“pool”) only arrangement.
