Our settlement position put to AustralianSuper

Exciting news! This week, we have given AustralianSuper management our settlement position, which sets out what we would be willing to support in our new Enterprise Agreement.

You can view our settlement position here.

Negotiations for our next Enterprise Agreement can be wrapped up quickly if AustralianSuper accepts our settlement position.

This is a really important step to progress these negotiations, and follows our meetings with FSU members last week – thank you to those who attended and provided valuable input.

AustralianSuper is now considering our position and we expect to hear more at our negotiation meeting with management on Monday next week.

We all want to reach agreement as quickly as possible and secure a deal that we can all support and which delivers on our most important issues.

Remember, this Agreement will determine our pay rises and working conditions for the next few years, so it's vital that we take the necessary time to get it right.

We'll keep you updated as soon as we know more. In the meantime, if you're not already a member of our union, join today to ensure you are protected and get the support you need.
