Vote YES to take protected industrial action – we deserve a fair EA

It’s time to vote YES to take protected industrial action. Let’s show AustralianSuper that we deserve a fair Enterprise Agreement.

Click here to see our how to vote card.

This morning you will receive an email from an organisation called TrueVote who are conducting our protected industrial action ballot.

That email will contain important information about the timing of the ballot and how it all works.

Here are the key points:

What

Protected industrial action is one option to demonstrate to the Fund that we are serious about securing a better deal for everyone at AustralianSuper.

It is important that we vote YES to every action.

Voting YES to every action gives us the flexibility to take the steps we need to win a fair Enterprise Agreement.

When

Voting opens at 9am this Thursday 31 August 2023.

Voting closes at midday on 19 September 2023.

How

At 9am on Thursday 31 August 2023, you will receive an email from TrueVote with instructions on how to vote.

Your email will contain a unique link which you’ll need to click on to be able to vote on each action.

You will be able to vote for (or against) every proposed action. A YES vote means we have the option to take that action in the future – it does not mean we have to (or will) take the action.
